Not coming from the traditional background, having worked numerous years in the finance industry, Philippe offers an unconventional and fresh approach to furniture design that seeks a new approach of interaction between the end user and the object.

Philippe boast an innate talent to enrich the visual experience combining magical and innovative appearances that never disconnect from functionality. His main source of inspiration is drawn from the memories of his unusual life trajectory growing up in wild nature of Senegal, the sea side of Israel, and the urban landscapes of London, New York and Paris.

One year after his debut, his designs caught the attention of Karl Lagerfeld who acquired the 3CL Lamp which he used for various shootings of re-known artists.

Philippe presented his work at various venues in Paris (Paris Design Week, PAD with gallery Perpitch & Bringand), London (TENT), Milan (Ventura Lambrate), Shanghai with Luxury Properties and presented his work at Design Shanghai, Honk Kong with Gallery 3812, New York and Miami with Kinder Modern.

In addition, Philippe had numerous publications across the world in Marie-Claire Maison, Stiletto, Elle Deco France and China, Art Travel, CNN Style, Express Style, Luxury Properties, Home and Trends China, L’ADN, Wallpaper, Vanity Fair Italy, Licht, Libération, Numéro, AD China, IDEAT China, Hong Kong Economic Journal, 99% Design, Miami Herald, Télérama,…

Philippe is also passionate about ethical technology and created the Lost Androids project, celebrating the positive interactions between humans and robots. An electro music album came under the same name describing the journey of an Android discovering humanity and going through different emotions. The album is available on all music platforms. He also has created humain, a foundation helping populations in need to have access to Tech and create ethical Tech projects.
